Authorization and capture
Your payment provider may authorize the order amount when you submit the purchase. Final capture and statement timing depend on checkout processing and your card issuer. Taxes, when required, are calculated at checkout.
Security and verification
Payment information is handled through commerce and payment providers. We may ask for additional verification or cancel a transaction when fraud, authorization, or information concerns cannot be resolved.
Declined or duplicate charges
If a payment is declined, confirm the card details and contact the issuer before trying again. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge and may be released by the issuer.
